Carrying Capacity- The vehicle has the versatility to be supplied in various configurations and role versatility application. The basic APC version has a maximum seating capacity of 2 + 10 persons. The internal layouts and vehicle role differences require that seating positions be replaced with mission specific equipment. In these different configurations seating positions would change and would be decreased depending on the requirement.
Logistic Support- The integrated logistic support plan, ILSP, is designed to support a vehicle fleet with practical and effective logistic support anywhere the vehicle fleet is deployed. It is fully containerised, transportable and can be deployed with the vehicle fleet to any support or forward base where required. The physical logistic actions are tailored to be scaled up or down depending on the vehicle fleet size.
Strategic Shipping and Transport- The Bruiser 212 Vehicle is designed to be transported inside a 6m ISO container. A number of vehicles can be shipped by sea, road and rail, with ease and little preparation.
Kerb Weight- The Bruiser 212 vehicle in the APC role weighs 10 metric tons. The vehicle has the capacity to carry a further 3 metric tons of payload.
UPGRADEABLE FEATURES
The Bruiser 212 vehicle has many optional mission purpose specification enhancements that are available to a specific vehicle role.
The current APC protection envelope provides a high level of ballistic and blast protection to the occupants and to the main driveline components situated in the engine compartment. The protection envelope can be upgraded to the client’s specific requirement.
There are mobility enhancement options such as RFI’s and CTIS. The vehicle axles are CTIS prepared.
The weapon turrets and various weapon types can be accommodated depending on the client’s requirements.
Command, Control and Communications systems are available through collaborative arrangements with renowned international manufacturers and suppliers. Sufficient electrical power is available as standard with auxiliary power systems.
The specific mission control requirements can be accommodated as per client request.
